Returns & Replacements

While we hope you'll be happy with the items you have ordered from our website, you may need to return them sometimes. If you do, you can hand any faulty or poor quality goods back to the driver at the time of delivery. The delivery box can be opened and inspected without breaking any seal on any individual products preventing any contamination. If this is pierced or broken by you the perishable item is non-returnable beyond this point.

Alternatively please contact our customer service team at orders@smithsdirect.co.uk to discuss faulty or poor quality items. We will be happy to discuss your options at this point.

 

Changed your mind?

That's no problem, we're happy to offer a full refund on most products. For perishable items the cancellation period and your right to cancel ceases at the point of dispatch.

 

Receiving your refund

If you've handed the item(s) back to the delivery driver, we'll arrange for a refund.
We'll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.•    By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price.
