Our Rib-eye steaks make a luxurious meal, served with chunky chips, a vegetable side dish of your choice & a peppercorn sauce.
To cook your Rib-eye steak we suggest removing your steak from the fridge at least half an hour before cooking to allow it to come to room temperature,when ready to cook season your steak with salt & pepper,using a non-stick frying pan allow this to heat until smoking, add the steaks to the frying pan & cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side(depending on thickness & how well-done you like your steak). As a rough guide 3 cm thick steak should be cooked medium-rare after 5 minutes. Remove the steak from the frying pan & leave to rest for 5 minutes.
